Crew

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Crew runs on your machines. We operate no server that receives your data, and you need no Crew account.

What we do not do

Where your data goes

Google data

If you connect Google, Crew asks only for the access of the apps you choose (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and your email address, to tell your accounts apart.

Crew's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Disconnect a service in Crew to remove its sign-in. You can also revoke access from the service's own settings; for Google, at your account's permissions page. When you change the vault's machine, the old one revokes and deletes its sign-ins. If it is off at that moment, it deletes them when it comes back, without revoking them, so revoke them from the service if you need to. To delete what Crew keeps, delete it from your machines.
